FAQs
If you’re thinking about starting a concrete project, you probably have a few questions, and we’ve got answers.
Here are the most common things clients ask us before, during, and after a job.
Still have questions?
We’d love to help. Whether you're ready to book or just exploring ideas, we’re happy to talk.
What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve the entire Pinellas County area, including Clearwater, Dunedin, Largo, St. Petersburg, Safety Harbor; Sarasota, North Port, and surrounding communities.
How much does a project typically cost?
Every project is custom and pricing depends on the size, surface condition, materials, and design. We provide detailed, upfront competitive quotes. We also offer specialty pricing, multi-project and partnership specials, referral incentives, and first responder discounts.
How long does a typical project take?
Most residential projects take between 3–7 days, depending on size and complexity. Weather and curing time can also affect the timeline. We'll give you a clear schedule before we begin.
Can you resurface or restore damaged concrete??
Yes — we specialize in restoration. We assess the condition, remove or repair damaged areas, and rebuild or resurface to make it better than new..
What’s the difference between stamped concrete and decorative overlays?
Stamped concrete is poured fresh and stamped while wet. Decorative overlays are applied to existing surfaces, often with staining, texture, or paints to give a fresh look without full demolition.
Are your coatings suitable for interiors?
Absolutely. Our specialty coatings are chemical-resistant, durable, and stylish — perfect for kitchens, bathrooms, hallways, garages, and even countertops.
Do I need to be home during the project?
You don’t need to be home the whole time, but we’ll coordinate walkthroughs, approvals, and check-ins to keep you informed.
How do I maintain my new concrete?
Most of our finishes are low-maintenance. We’ll provide a care guide with tips for cleaning, resealing (if needed), and keeping your surface in great shape year-round.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are fully licensed, insured, and compliant with all local building codes and permitting requirements.
